How often should I water my tree?
Water thoroughly once a week, ensuring the soil is moist but not waterlogged. Adjust based on your local climate conditions.
Do you offer a growth guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30-day growth guarantee. If your sapling doesn't show signs of health within the first month, we'll replace it.
How do you ship the saplings?
We carefully package our saplings with protective materials and moisture-retaining gel to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We ship across Canada.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times generally range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and peak periods.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are accepted only through the secure payment methods available on our online store.
👉 Cash or cheque payments are not accepted.
Are taxes included?
No. Taxes are added at checkout based on your province of residence.
In Quebec: GST 5% and QST 9.975%.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. All sales are final, except in the case of a product received damaged.
